Godaddy是老泰比较熟悉的一家主机商了，非常不错，但是唯一的缺点就是全部英文，并且也没有在线客服，出现问题时解决不方便。今天在IDCSPY逛的时候看到敬爱的add.c斑竹大人总结了一些联系Godaddy客服常用的英文，感觉不错，特转帖过来~全文如下：

1. 空间出现Current Hosting Account Status ： Pending Account Change 超过72小时，需要联系官方
出现这个问题多是因为某些原因导致换服务器失败，联系客服说
My Current Hosting Account Status is  Pending Account Change over 72 hours , please check it . Thanks

2.ssl设置时由于某些原因没有收到确认邮件或者没点确认邮件，可以发邮件联系官方重新发送确认邮件
I have updated the domain’s administrator’s email address  , so please resend me the  confirmation email of ssl certificate .

3.安装ssl证书出现不能选择选择“Shared Hosting or WebSite Tonight or Quick Shopping Cart”

联系客服说：I can‘t select  the option  ” Shared Hosting or WebSite Tonight or Quick Shopping Cart ” when I install ssl certificate , please check it . Thank you .

4.访问某个页面出现500错误，500错误也是GoDaddy Windows主机最常见的错误了。联系GoDaddy客服说
when I visit the url “http://www.xx.com/xx.htm” there is an 500 error . Please help me check it .
如果有详细错误信息就补充如下信息

5.如果出现打不开网站的情况，联系GoDaddy客服说
I can not access my website “xxx.com” , please check it .

6.退款
删除或者误删除空间以及服务，要求GoDaddy客服退款，联系GoDaddy客服说
I am sorry but I had canceled my products , please give me a refund . Thanks.

另外GoDaddy的大多数常见问题也可以参照下IDCSPY的GoDaddy专题知识库（个人感觉IDCSPY的教程都比较老，可能有些不适用了，但是大致方法都是OK的。）
